The Flexx Call service is offered free of charge.

Available to our primary cardholders with an active current, savings or salary account.

Customers should hold a valid mada Debit Card from The Saudi Investment Bank.

Customers should have their mobile phone number registered with our SMS Alert Service.

If you already have an account with us, you can register to the phone banking Flexx Call simply by calling 800 124 8000 and press number (2). Our registration process takes only a few minutes.
Before registering in this service, please make sure you have the following at hand:

Mobile phone number registered with the Bank with the SMS Alert System activated

Valid mada Debit Card (Provided that you must be the Primary Cardholder and not the Supplementary Cardholder)
